Booking, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Appointments

All services at The Nail Concierge are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience possible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Booking Requirements

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your total service cost.

Rescheduling

Life happens—I get it! You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. To reschedule, please contact me directly via phone or email.

Cancellations & No-Shows

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service total and may result in limited access to future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened services or cancellation.
